The system maintains separate accounting records for one or more companies, with each company having its own set of module controls to control processing flow. The login credentials assigned to your company are unique to your organization and all data is protected by a secure server hosting your company information. User identification and security profiles are created separately for each company. The company logo may be uploaded for use in printing purchase orders, invoices and statements. The menu and standard tool bar is consistent across all companies and modules to provide easier navigation, access to on-line help, queries, notes, and copy functions.
